FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: throttle is installed in inlet section of heat exchange tube so that it can interact with hold-down grid connected by means of detachable connection to tube sheet. It also has a shell so that the shell bottom can interact with hold-down grid. Hold-down grid is installed with possibility of being moved along the tubes; throttle is a part of heat exchanger containing throttles. Fixing planks rigidly connected to throttles are installed between shells of throttles. Each shell from hold-down grid is provided with segmental grooves made on some part of side surface and with central groove at the bottom, which is parallel to the above grooves. Fixing planks are arranged in the latter and are straight-line.
EFFECT: avoiding damage to the weld of heat exchange tube in tube sheet, control of liquid flow via heat exchange tubes, simplifying removal of throttles in order to inspect inner surface of tube bundle, and uniform liquid flow and improving repairability and operating reliability.
