FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: throttle is installed in inlet section of heat exchange tube so that it can interact with hold-down grid connected by means of detachable connection to tube sheet. Throttle includes a shell the bottom of which interacts with hold-down grid. The latter is installed so that it can be moved along tube axes. On side surface of shell there is an annular cavity with grooves inclined towards the throttle axis.
EFFECT: improving liquid flow control, simplifying the repair of constituent parts of the device, decreasing erection and removal labour input, and available inspection of tube bundle.
