FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorbents which can be used in cleaning aqueous media. The sorbent contains the following in wt %: alumina cement 5-30, thermally expanded graphite 10-30, glauconite 10-70, and potassium polytitanate 10-30, and is in form of spherical granules with diameter 0.5-3 mm and cylindrical granules with diameter 0.5-3 mm and height of not more than 7 mm.
EFFECT: high filtration and sorption capacity of the sorbent with wider field of its use.
