FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: mixture contains the following, wt %: powder of oxidated component 9-36, oxidiser 9-36, catalyst 0.1-9, binding agent 0-9 and filler. In order to reduce heat losses with emission and heat conductivity, as filler there used is expanded vermiculite. In order to decrease the temperature of the beginning of reaction between mixture components, as catalyst there used are nitrates and/or fluorides of alkali, alkali-earth metals. Oxidated component contains the following, wt %: aluminium powder 0-30, nanopowder of pyrocarbon 1-10 and alloy combination powder. In order to increase dispersion ability, alloy combination powder contains the following, wt %: aluminium 18-30, silicon 16-25, manganese 15-45, carbon 0.1-3 and iron.
EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of casting heads.
