FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in casting for production of casts with higher mechanical and auxiliary properties. Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: Fine powder of heat-resistant compound including carbide, nitride, oxide, carbonitride, oxycarbonitride, boride 2-60, one or several powders of foundry alloys from the group consisting of ferrotitanium, ferrozirconium, ferroniobium, ferrovanadium making the rest.
EFFECT: higher mechanical properties of casts from modified steel, decreased wall thickness.
