FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to procedure and device for die cast of thermo-plastic part of packing container. This part is connected with thermo-plastic device (16) for opening and its connection with end part (20) of case (12) of the packing container. Case (12) has thermo-plastic material at least in external layer. The procedure consists of the following stages: placement of end part (20) and at least part of device (16) for opening in cavity (30) formed by converging internal section (24) of a die and external section (26) of the die. There is facilitated temperature drop between opening device (16) and end part (20) so, that the end part has higher temperature, than temperature of opening device (16). At least one melt (32) of at least the first material is injected into cavity (30) and melt (32) is brought into contact with opening device (16) and end part (20).
EFFECT: facilitation of satisfactory pressure tight connection between the case and part of packing container and high labour efficiency.
