FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a closing device and to a container equipped with a closing device. The closing device contains pouring element (1) having a case (11) of pouring element with sealing part and tubular neck (13). The device additionally contains rotating plastic cap (2), which is made with the possibility of manual rotation from the closed position in the direction of opening. The cap has upper wall (21) and skirt hanging down (22) and has two diametrically opposite wing elements (24), which are molded from plastic as a whole and extend in a vertical plane outwards from the skirt in a lateral direction along the length of the wing element. Upper part (24b) of each of the two wing elements contains at least one upper projection (25) extending from base part (24a) along the height of the upper part and laterally along the length of the wing element to the length of the upper projection. The upper projection in the top view of the cap extends substantially in the direction of opening the cap and/or in the direction opposite to the direction of opening the cap, so that in the top view of the cap, the upper part of each of the two wing elements extends along the length of the wing element behind or outwards from the base part of the wing element in the direction corresponding to or opposite to the direction of opening, so that along the length of each upper projection in the section in the vertical plane in the direction of opening, the surface area of this at least one upper projection contributes at least the same contribution to the inertia moment as the surface area of the base part.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring the possibility of reducing the amount of material forming the closing device.
