FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this method comprises making of laminated packing material web with preset flexure lines Said web is punched at preset spacing to make a discharge hole and to accommodate the first mould with presser cavity so that discharge hole inner side corresponding to the vessel inner side is stopped. Second mould with preset cavity is arranged so that to atop the discharge hole outer side corresponding to the vessel outer side. Fused plastic is injected via sprue in tube shaping cavity and discharge cover spout and sealing web. Said web us shaped to tube with overlap of the web two wedges and longitudinal sealing of said overlap. Said tube is filled with contents. Said web is compressed in crosswise direction in preset spacing and sealed follows by cutting over sealed areas to get preliminary pad-link package. Then, packages are bent in flexure lines to get the vessel and spout cap is secured in place. Said spout comprises tube arranged in the vessel discharge hole and base integrated with said spout tube and connected with vessel wall around the hole. Note here that cover with spout incorporates a collapsible sealing web arranged at spout tube lower part for its sealing. Spout cap can be withdrawn into spout tube and has lower web glued to upper surface of sealing web at cap lower surface for opening of said sealing web. There is a cap pull-out ring. Note that electrically conducting ply is applied on lower web sealing surface and/or sealing web. Cap fitted in the tube, lower web is glued to sealing web and sealed by induction heating. Note also that electrically conducting ply is composed by two-step forming with the help of thermoplastic containing magnetic substance. Or said electrically conducting ply is composed of ring-like conducting film from polyethylene/aluminium ply/polyethylene. Aforesaid cap is fitted in discharge spout tube and can be withdrawn thereto and has lower web glued to sealing web upper surface for tear-off, and pull-out ring. Note here that spout tube and spout as well as web are composed by injection of fused plastic material onto vessel package. Vessel produced as describe above comprises collapsible sealing web located at spout tube lower part and cap to stop said spout. Note that said cap and sealing web are made as described above.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
