SUBSTANCE: high-pressure cylinder for storing compressed substance in gaseous, liquid or finely dispersed state has a wall, whose inner side defines the inner space, a dividing part in the inner space and which divides the inner space into a storage chamber and a propellant gas chamber. The storage chamber contains the substance and the propellant gas chamber contains the propellant gas. The dividing part is impermeable to liquids and can increase the ratio of the volume of the propellant gas chamber to that of the storage chamber under the effect of the propellant gas. The propellant gas consists of a gas phase containing carbon dioxide, and a liquid phase containing a compound selected from a group consisting of polyethylene glycols and their (C1-C4) monoethers, and (C1-C4) diethers, as well as carbon dioxide dissolved therein.
EFFECT: improved spraying characteristics due to reduced formation of greenhouse gases.
