FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: transparent substrate with a multilayer coating contains the following: glass, at least one lower layer on the basis of titanium oxide, and a layer on the basis of tin oxide with thickness of more than 250 nm. The layer on the basis of tin oxide is applied by means of gas phase pyrolysis using evaporated mixture of the following precursors: source of tin, source of fluorine and water, besides, volume ratio water/source of tin makes less than 10. The substrate with the coating has dimness of less than 2%.
EFFECT: reduced dimness of the substrate with the coating while the required optical properties are preserved in the visible range.
