FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of a liquid fuel synthesis system comprising: reformer for reforming a hydrocarbon raw material to produce a synthetic gas containing carbon monoxide gas and hydrogen gas as main components; apparatus for recycling waste heat from the synthetic gas coming from the reformer; a reactor for synthesising liquid hydrocarbons from the carbon monoxide gas and hydrogen gas contained in the synthetic gas; apparatus for removing CO2, having an absorption column which separates carbon dioxide gas from the synthetic gas from the apparatus for recycling waste heat using an absorbent, and a regenerating column which heats the absorbent, which contains carbon dioxide gas separated in the absorption column in order to separate carbon dioxide gas, and a fractionation column which heats liquid hydrocarbons synthesised in the reactor for fractional distillation of liquid hydrocarbons into two or more types of liquid fuel, the boiling points of which differ from each other, in which the regenerating column heats the absorbent using medium-pressure vapour at pressure ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 MPa (excess), obtained by lowering pressure of the high-pressure vapour having pressure ranging from 3.4 to 10 MPa (excess), regenerated in the apparatus for recycling waste heat.
EFFECT: use of the present invention enables to efficiently recycle reaction heat from a reformer or reactor.
