FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for manufacture of coated turbine rotor blade with blade body cooled from inside consists in following: first, turbine rotor blade is coated with protective layer, where upon several recesses are made on top of blade body of turbine rotor blade for adjustment of its self-resonant frequency. As a recess there is drilled an orifice at the top of the blade in the direction of its shank end; also, orifices are distributed along middle line of the blade body.
EFFECT: compensation of increased weight of blade at application of coating, setting self-resonant frequency of blade off to higher frequencies.
