FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at production of dry and oil filled sliding vane rotary pumps for printing, cement and other industries. The rotor blade of the sliding vane rotary pump of wear resistant polymer composite material is made in form of a plate with rounded end sliding surface. The blade is made of wear resistant polymer composite material of specified composition.
EFFECT: raised wear resistance of material of blade in friction pair with material of case of sliding vane rotary pump; increased processability of blade manufacture, increased resistance of blade material at friction under operation mode, raised service life in operation mode including conditions of abrasive dustiness, increased service life due to reduced summary wear in friction pair, reduced intensity of linear wear at simultaneous rise of ultimate strength at compression and impact ductility.
