SUBSTANCE: automated workstation for vitreoretinal ophthalmic microsurgeon has formatting devices in form of closed neural chains consisting of interconnected identification unit, interpolation unit, extrapolation unit, a unit for estimating the next values of identified parameters, a decision unit, wherein inside each neural chain, each unit is connected to other units of that chain in series and in parallel, and each unit of one neural chain is connected to each of the units of other neural chains via foward and reverse data flow; wherein all opposite forward and reverse data streams form a single multigraph with not less than fifty six peaks joined by not less than one hundred and five directed edges.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determination and quality of identifying diagnoses, determination of readings for conducting operations, simulation of operations, selection of the anaesthetic manual, providing implants and other consumable materials, determination of the sequence of operations, high selectivity when conducting operations.
