SUBSTANCE: automated workstation for an ophthalmic microsurgeon for conservative treatment has formatting devices in form of closed neural chains consisting of interconnected identification unit, interpolation unit, extrapolation unit, a unit for estimating the next values of identified parameters, a unit for analysing and scheduling electromagnetic and other treatment effects, a decision unit, wherein inside each neural chain, each unit is connected to other units of that chain in series and in parallel, and each unit of one neural chain is connected to each of the units of other neural chains via forward and reverse data flow; wherein all opposite forward and reverse data streams form a single multigraph with not less than eighteen peaks joined by not less than one hundred and fifty three directed edges.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determination and quality of identifying diagnoses, determining indications for the conducted conservative treatment, increasing selectivity when conducting conservative treatment, simulating conservative treatment, accuracy in choosing medication, accuracy of scheduling and carrying out procedures, accuracy in determining the sequence of conservative treatment steps, dispensary observation before, during and after ophthalmic microsurgery treatment during mass production of ophthalmic microsurgery technologies.
