SUBSTANCE: automated ophthalmic microsurgeon workstation for pediatric surgery has formatting devices in form of closed neural chains consisting of interconnected identification unit, interpolation unit, extrapolation unit, a unit for estimating the next values of identified parameters, a unit for analysing amblyopia and strabismus, a decision unit, wherein inside each neural chain, each unit is connected to other units of that chain in series and in parallel, and each unit of one neural chain is connected to each of the units of other neural chains via forward and reverse data flow; wherein all opposite forward and reverse data streams form a single multigraph with not less than eighteen peaks joined by not less than one hundred and fifty three directed edges.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining and quality of identifying diagnoses, determining readings for conducting treatment courses, high selectivity when conducting pediatric surgery, accuracy in determining the sequence of treatment courses, simulating pediatric surgery, accuracy in selecting medicinal drugs, accuracy of providing medicines and other consumable materials, optimisation of information flow and needs during pleopto-orthoptic and surgical treatment of child diseases.
