FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a tubular shaft equipped with auger turns with opposite direction of the left and right parts turns relative to the central vertical plane and with detachable crop lifters with sides and a bottom. Inside the tubular shaft there is an eccentric mechanism in the form of a shaft, displaced from the inner central axis of the tubular shaft towards a cutting tool. Detachable floating mechanisms are fixed on the shaft along the whole length. Each mechanism is made in the form of a double-support and a cylindrical bushing placed onto the shaft, with arrangement of the cylindrical bushing between the supports of the double-support bushing and a pair of fingers on both bushings. One finger is fixed in the centre of the upper part of the double-support bushing, and the other one - in the central part of the cylindrical bushing. The shaft holds detachable mechanisms for suppression of its vibration. Pairs of oval holes are made in the tubular shaft wall along the whole length. The longitudinal axis of each hole oval corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the tubular shaft. Holes in the pair are arranged at the distance of 2 π from each other along the spiral on the tubular shaft. Each pair of holes corresponds to location of a floating mechanism. Fingers of the floating mechanism in rotation of the tubular shaft are made with the possibility to pass through the pair of holes and simultaneously via a through space between crop lifters. On the tubular shaft above each hole there is a detachable hatch to control displacement of the fingers along the hole oval. Crop lifters in the horizontal plane are made with a single-sided slant. The slat is codirected with direction of the tubular shaft left and right parts auger turns. The crop lifter installed accordingly to the central vertical plane of the tubular shaft is made with two opposite slants. In each crop lifter the slant angle opposite to the sharp angle of the same slant is made as rounded. The limiting side of the crop lifter at the side of the rounded angle is made with incline towards the central part of the tubular shaft.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of crop losses, simplification of design, expansion of functional capabilities.
