FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Proposed device comprises moving carriage with clamp, stationary wheelhead with clamp, shears to cut corrugated sheets to preset length, cutter, hydraulics and lubrication control unit, central control unit, computer and adder. Outputs of hydraulics and lubrication control unit are connected with inputs of moving carriage, moving carriage clam, wheelhead clamp, shears and cutter, and with central control unit inputs. Inputs of hydraulics and lubrication control unit are connected with central control unit outputs. One input of central control unit is connected with output of carriage position transducer with its input connected to carriage output. Note here that other inputs of central control unit are connected with outputs of first carriage position setter, second cutter pressure setter and APCS. Other outputs of central control unit are connected to inputs of first carriage position setter, second cutter pressure setter and APCS with its output also connected to inputs of inputs of first carriage position setter and second cutter pressure setter. Note here that one of outputs of central control unit is connected with servo valve of cutter pressure control with its output connected with appropriate input of hydraulics and lubrication control unit, while carriage position control servo valve output is connected with appropriate input of hydraulics and lubrication control unit. Note here that appropriate output of central control unit is connected with appropriate inputs of computer and adder while another output of central control unit is connected with another input of computer. Appropriate output of central control unit is connected with appropriate adder input. Note here that computer output is connected with appropriate adder input while adder output is connected with input of carriage position control servo valve.
