FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to fine hardening of shafts and screws. Device comprises deforming elements made up of coil spring rings and three-phase induction squirrel-cage motor incorporating stator accommodating hollow-shaft rotor running in rolling bearings therein. Hollow shaft face surfaces have threaded bores. Said rings are fitted in rotor bores and based therein by washers. Washers are provided with ring-orienting grooves and arranged on lateral sides of every ring. Rings with washers are fitted in rotor bores by means of nuts screwed in rotor bore surface thread.
EFFECT: expanded performances, higher efficiency and quality.
