FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises top lifting element and truck to direct and position it. Said top element comprises vertical telescopic cylindrical element formed by multiple telescopic structural elements and appropriate number of inner telescopic threaded elements. There is element to be jointed to object to be lifted arranged above top structural element. Top element of inner threaded element is coupled with said jointing element. Intermediate threaded element(s) is(are) provided with inner and outer thread while bottom inner threaded element has thread only on its outer surface. Joint between aforesaid elements inhibits transmission of rotation between adjacent elements.
EFFECT: safe and accurate lifting with self-braking.
