LOADING AND UNLOADING DEVICE OF A PORTABLE MODULAR CONTAINER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B65D90/14 B66F3/10

Abstract RU 2657231 C1

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices and can be used to lift portable modular containers onto the chassis of vehicles and to lower them to a storage area. Loading and unloading device of the portable modular container comprises load-lifting struts, each of which has a power casing with a extensible support having a retractable rod equipped with a base plate, wherein the power casing of the support is fixed to the casing of the modular container through a hinged mechanism which can fold-unfold and rotate, moving the support from the working position to the transport position and conversely, according to the invention, a sensor of modular container inclination along two mutually perpendicular axes, a control panel, control unit are additionally introduced in the device with corresponding connections, in addition, the extensible support with the retractable rod is designed as a double-acting screw telescopic mechanism with a telescoping rotary screw consisting of a coaxially located central screw and a hollow screw, and running nuts, containing internal and external guides fixed from rotation and longitudinally movable along the axis of the strut, in addition, in each load-lifting strut, a motor and gearbox are additionally introduced, motor and gearbox make up the rotational drive of the telescopic screw, manual drive mechanism, gauge of the combined position of the strut, gauge of turns of the telescopic screw. Use of electromechanical load-lifting struts with new introduced control elements and their connections to other elements of the device provides, when interacting, diagnostics and control of the device during operation.

EFFECT: invention provides significantly increased compactness of the device with the required load capacity, high automation of the loading and unloading process of the modular container, increased safety of operations, increased device resource, reduced fire risk and service maintenance, wider operational capabilities.
