SUBSTANCE: transport facility has a telescopically extendable tail portion (10), comprising the first tubular tail segment (11) and the second tail segment (12) located so as to provide axial sliding inside the first tubular tail segment. The tail portion is formed with two geometrically closing coupling elements (21, 35; 31, 36), located at a distance L1 from each other to ensure the force-transmitting connection between the second tail segment (12) and the first tubular tail segment (11) in the elongated state of the second tail segment (12). The transport facility also comprises a folding rotor blade comprising two sections (221, 222), pivotally connected to each other. Each rotor blade section comprises an upper side member (201A; 201B) and a lower side member (202A; 202B), arranged one above the other. Each side member contains composite material comprising a plurality of longitudinal and mutually parallel fibers.
EFFECT: possibility of creation of a transport facility suitable for flight and for road traffic.
