FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: jack consists of joint-lever mechanism, of driven handle of elbow rod form, of screw, of support axle travelling along thread of screw, of two auxiliary axles, of lower support and axle of lower support and of upper support and axle of upper support. Four levers of the joint-lever mechanism have a shape like bent channel and are manufactured by sheet material punching or bending. One of the levers of the joint-lever mechanism has an orifice or orifices and/or a cut or cuts of any shape and at any place of location. Auxiliary axles are installed in two main levers connected with the support axle. Distance of symmetry axis of each of two auxiliary axles from symmetry axis of the support axle is from 100 to 150 mm, while distance of symmetry axis of a movable axle connecting two other auxiliary levers of the joint-lever mechanism from each symmetry axis of the auxiliary axles is also from 100 to 150 mm. The support axle is made of sheet material by bending and consists of one, of two or more components of a cylinder shape or a shape of not finished cylinder, while the screw can rest on any section of the support axle.
EFFECT: reduced specific quantity of metal of jack and reduced weight, improved design of jack.
