FIELD: hoisting and transport equipment.

SUBSTANCE: used for lifting cars during maintenance and repair of vehicles. Car hoist contains a base, a rack rigidly fixed in it with stiffening ribs, a movable carriage mounted for movement along the rack using a drive mechanism mounted on the top of the rack and connected to a screw pair, including a vertical running shaft and a lead nut associated with it. The lead nut is placed inside the movable carriage, which is installed in the rack slot with the help of two bearing assemblies. One bearing unit is placed under the movable carriage from the side of its long part, and the other bearing unit is placed above the movable carriage from the side of its short part, and the drive mechanism is made in the form of a mechanical gear with a horizontal shaft and a running shaft fixed in it with its upper part. A handle is installed at one end of the horizontal shaft, and its other end is made with the possibility of fixing a telescopic synchronization shaft on it, designed to synchronize the operation of the hoist with another similar hoist.

EFFECT: increased reliability and ease of operation of a non-volatile car hoist capable of operating in non-stationary conditions for repair and/or maintenance of vehicles in the absence of an electrical network, as well as expanding its functionality.
