SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nanocomposite for multilayer packaging, having excellent resistance to flaking. 0.5-10 pts.wt of organically modified sheet silicates are added to a mixture of 60-99 wt % polyamide resin MXD6 containing a metaxylene group, or MXDI containing a metaxylene group, and 40-1 wt % of one or more materials selected from a group comprising nylon6, nylon66, nylon6/12, 6I/6T and copolymers thereof, based on 100 pts.wt, in order to increase resistance to flaking. The organically modified sheet silicate has organic materials placed between sheet silicates, and that organic material is one or more materials selected from a group comprising salts of phosphonium, maleate, succinate, acrylate, and oxazoline. The invention also discloses a method of preparing the nanocomposite.
EFFECT: obtained nanocomposite retains excellent gas impermeability and excellent resistance to flaking.
