FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to eliminate heel of supports in restricted areas consists in the fact that a support is fixed by slings, is cleaned from soil, is put into a vertical position, and a fastening device is installed near the support base, is rigidly fixed perpendicularly to the support, and then the fixtures are removed. The support is fixed with the help of a metal yoke, which is fixed at height that facilitates operation of a hoist, and by means of a sling it is connected at the opposite side of heel to the hoist. The area of the initial vertical arrangement of the support is drilled around with blast holes to the depth that corresponds to its base, where a low-capacity explosive is placed, for instance, DShU-33M, and the free part of the blast hole is filled with a plug that contains a flash eliminator, for instance, table salt. The area of charges explosion is covered with a protective screen, which confines harmful factors of explosion, they are blasted, and the support in vertical position is installed in the cavity cleaned from soil with the help of the hoist. Used pipes are applied as a fastening device. At the same time two sections of the required length are cut, in every of which there is an oval hole made with dimensions that ensure tight adjacency to the external surface of the specified pipe, and the remaining section of the pipe is cut along into two trays, which are welded perpendicularly into oval holes of the fastening devices, afterwards the larger part of the tray is inserted into a cavity prepared by microexplosions, and the fastening device is pressed to the surface of a previously dug out trench, the depth of which ensures its underground location. Then a similar process operation is carried out at the other side of the support, afterwards the trays that are tightly pressed to the surface of the support are welded.
EFFECT: acceleration and cheapening of works to eliminate heel of supports in restricted areas in close proximity to operating production facilities, including gas-hazardous enterprises.
