FIELD: passive radiolocation. SUBSTANCE: proposed radiometer can be employed to measure power of radio-thermal radiation in wide range of high frequencies. Modulation radiometer includes antenna, reference noise generator, modulator, receiver, quadrature detector, low- frequency amplifier, synchronous filter, three voltage dividers, three analog controllable keys, high-pass filter, analog comparator, control unit, digital bus. Reference noise generator, modulator and receiver are mounted on thermostating plate. EFFECT: independence of measurement data from summary gain factor of measurement path, wide measurement range, possibility of re-tuning of radiometer after calibration without change of power of reference noise generator. 7 dwg
