SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame with a facility for connection to a tractor's tow bar. A block of frontally arranged tillers and two circular modules are mounted on the frame. Modules comprise rotating and turning devices. Tools in the form of flat cutting lugs are fixed at module rings along the perimetre. Flat-cutting lugs are installed on module rings by means of individual devices, which make it possible to adjust their installation along the treatment depth and by angle of attack in direction of device movement. Each circular module is equipped with a rotary device to adjust its angle of inclination to horizontal plane.

EFFECT: design will make it possible to increase efficiency of the device and quality of subsurface tillage.
