SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to endoscope sterilisation. An endoscope processing device is supplied with a solution measurement system which comprises: a solution sample cell; a light source; a photosensitive device; a reservoir for a amount of the solution containing bubbles; a pump coupled with the reservoir; two paths - the tank to a drainage and the reservoir to the cell; a control system. The control system is programmed so that at first the pump pumps out of the reservoir a part of the solution amount being therein it through the first path to remove the bubbles from the reservoir, and then supplies the solution sampled to the cell by the second path from the reservoir to the cell. A method of in-process determination of solution properties used for endoscope processing involves: gathering the solution amount into the reservoir; supplying a part of the solution from the reservoir through the first path to remove bubbles in the solution from the reservoir; supplying the solution sample from the reservoir to the cell; determining solution properties of the sample in the cell by light transmission through the cell and sample, and analysing said light which is transmitted through the cell and said sample.

EFFECT: invention allows higher quality of sterilisation.
