FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises barrel-like container wherefrom metal is fed via discharge branch pipe into coupled moulds mounted on movable base in one line. To prevent metal sticking to structural elements, said container and branch pipe are continuously heated. Moulds are isolated by extending webs with triangular cross section with apices facing said discharge branch pipe. Webs are made from metal identical to that cast into moulds and arranged equidistant from one another perpendicular to movable base axis, and provided with heaters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and simplified design.
