FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of average- and large-sized single- and multilayer fibre glass tubes. Proposed device comprises mandrel with rotary axle, machine tool with end supports to support mandrel axle ends, mandrel drive, plastic material polymerisation and winding device, trolley with mandrel axle extender and pull drive. Note here that mandrel axle is made up of central tube with inner and outer lengthwise stiffness ribs. Mandrel outer working wall represents composite tube made up of several lengthwise moving sectors and identical amount of lengthwise fixed sectors. Note also that every moving sector inner side is provided with several hooks arranged regularly along sector length and made up of rod with rectangular head. Central tube is provided with short hooks arranged between outer stiffness ribs to allow moving sector free travel of 10-15 cm. Said hooks are made up of square case with rectangular through channel made along square head of hook and lengthwise through cutout ion case top face to receive hook rod diameter and to form coupler for tube moving sectors with mandrel central tube.
EFFECT: simplified process, higher production efficiency.
