FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for dispensing fluid from compressible container. Proposed system comprises housing running from container outlet and including base for mounting on container, support post extending outward from said base, product discharge channel and support post. Housing accommodates discharge valve with flexible elastic material that makes mount skirt arranged around housing support post and extending dispensing head. Valve skirt makes inner sealing surface to interact with said housing support post and annular ledge. Valve extending head forms normally closed dispensing hole to open in response to pressure difference at valve. Retaining element surrounds valve skirt and has retaining ledge that makes hole to receive valve extending head and engage with skirt annular ledge to lock said skirt around housing support post. Besides, housing comprises retaining flange running along radius inside plugging appliance case and engaged therewith to prevent retaining element and valve from displacement outward.
