FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: valve has a mounting base and a flexible elastic material which forms a dispensing head having at least three peripheral walls, each protruding outwards from said base and each forming an outer edge, and an end wall which forms a dispensing opening, defines a spreading surface around said opening, passes between the outer edges of said peripheral walls and connects them, and also directed such that it is a spreading surface which passes from a first point to a second point lying further out from said base than said first point, wherein said end wall has a basically uniform thickness which is less than the thickness of any of said peripheral walls.

EFFECT: designing a valve which enables to deposit a substance on a surface as the substance is being dispensed, spread, smear, rub and wipe out the deposited substance, and scrape off excess amount of the substance.
