FIELD: applicable in injections. SUBSTANCE: the device has a hollow piercing member, having an end for reception of a standard syringe nose or some other similar medical device, and the second end having a contracting extremity for penetration to liquid available inside the vessel for drugs. In the preferable modification the device has a lock in the form of a disk for limiting the penetration of the piercing member into the flask. Preferably, the piercing member has prongs retreating outside, which provide for introduction of the device into the flask, but prevent extraction of the device from the flask after its introduction. After the syringe is detached from the device, the device and the used flask for drug may be thrown out as an integer. In an alternative modification the device may remain connected to the flask and a new syringe may be used for extraction of additional liquid from the flask, whenever necessary. In an alternative modification a repeatedly used, repeatedly stopped up valve is connected to the first end of the piercing member, which (the valve) allows application of a great number of syringes with a piercing member. Description is also given of various adaptors for application of the device with intravenous arteries and dropper bags. EFFECT: there is no necessity for the medical personnel to take the needle in hands at injection of drug. 37 cl, 43 dwg
