FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in obtaining uniform fine-grain structure of tempered bainite with uniform extraction of stable fine dispersed carbides. Blanks are treated at temperature AC1-(150÷200°C), and further are subjected to austenisation at temperature AC3+(70÷90°C), isothermal conditioning at temperature AC1-(70÷120°C) during 40 hours, high temperature tempering at temperature AC1-(90÷110°C), and austenisation at temperature AC3+(100÷150°C) at rate of heating 60-100°C/h. High temperature tempering is performed at temperature AC1-(60÷120°C).
EFFECT: facilitation of required complex of mechanical properties of blanks of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
