FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; method of anti-flocculating treatment of high-carbon steel.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes charging the rolled stock into furnace at temperature of 650-680°C; then rolled stock is heated in furnace to temperature of 1000-1100°C and is kept at this temperature for 8-10 h after which it is cooled in stacks to temperature not above 200°C.
EFFECT: improved quality; reduced time of treatment.
