FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant includes supports, turning blades with offset turning axis towards their front edge, control device made in the form of blade turning stops hinged to rigidly fixed brackets with possibility of centrifugal deviation and spring-loaded brackets. Axes of turning blades are installed on horizontal ring which is rotated on rollers installed on supports, and axes of rollers are kinematically connected to electric generators.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability at creation of equipment of increased power, increasing efficiency and reducing material consumption.
