FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: method to make a non-smoking product from rustic tobacco includes preparation of formula components. Allspice is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the appropriate miscella. Rustic tobacco and liquorice root are cut and dried in the microwave field at the specified parameters of the process, mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella, simultaneously increasing pressure and releasing it down to atmospheric value, and simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Then sublimation is carried out, and carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Apple juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water are added to it. The produced mix is shaped to produce a target product.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco, with improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life, with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
