FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control systems, particularly, to servo drives controlling actuator motor with loaded shaft, including motor with flexible links and clearance of higher requirements to precision, fast operation and stability of dynamic characteristics. Technical results consist in increasing accuracy of tool and part trajectory adjustment in machining. Proposed device comprises error identifier made up of ACS mathematical model programmed and built in computer. Simulation of PC-aided ACS is performed in synchronism with actual part machining by instruction from CNC device.
EFFECT: absence of inertial links allows generating trajectory error and feeding it via amplifier into adder for advance tool position correction.
