FIELD: physics, control.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of movable objects tracking and observance systems, also from swinging base, and may be used for control of air traffic. Technical result is achieved by the fact stated tracking system comprises the following components functionally joined to each other: locating and optic-electronic direction-finders, shaper of modes logics, homing and stabilisation device, the first summator, the first and second commutators, gyroscopic angle sensor, metre of angular speed of platform with direction-finders, unit of optic-electronic system control, the third commutator, converter of coordinates from non-stabilised system into stabilised one, ripple filter, unit of coordinates measurement, converter of coordinates from non-stabilised system into stabilised one, unit of inertial tracking, double-circuit unit for assessment of inlet coordinate, correction filter.
EFFECT: higher stability of control system operation due to higher accuracy of observed object tracking and restoration of automatic tracking of movable object after automatic tracking fault with further restoration of broken optical or location communication to observed object.
