FIELD: tracking systems.
SUBSTANCE: electro-optic tracking system is used for tracking movable objects by means of devices working in electromagnet wave range which waves are shorter than radio waves. System can be used for functional inspection of workability of the systems as well as for training operators. Electro-optic tracking system has electro-optic device connected in series with video signal commutator, coordinate measuring unit, error meter and error processing unit. Simulated object's coordinate preset device of the system is connected in series with stabilized-to-executive coordinate system converter, signal difference measuring device, executive-to-processing coordinate system converter and image former. System also has sign-synthesizing generator connected in series with control member's board and inducing-stabilizing device.
EFFECT: improved efficiency; higher level of operator's training; higher truth of results.
