SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabricating and configuring of articles comprising optical protective device. Proposed device intended for protection against counterfeit, authentication and/or following comprises substrate material including encoded holographic metal micro plate with surface patterned diffraction structure that may be authenticated by means of holographic device on illumination and visual inspection with the help of magnifying appliances, or by check with increasing bore in metal micro plate provided with authentication code.
EFFECT: better protection against counterfeit of valuable document.
