FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and method for manufacturing product protected from counterfeit. The device contains a printing machine, means for applying curable compound, means for forming a diffraction grating and a means of applying a metallic printing ink containing particles of metal dye, at least at a part of the diffraction grating. Moreover, the formation of a diffraction grating is provided on at least a part of metallic ink, where the thickness of the metal dye particles is from 100 to 210 angstroms and the average particle diameter ranging from 8 to 15 microns. At that the printing machine comprises a device to transfer the diffraction grating, combined with it in a straight line.
EFFECT: invention provides improved performance and lower cost in the manufacture of printed materials.
