SUBSTANCE: disc cartridge comprises a jacket, an inner rotor, gate elements, and a buffer device. In the jacket there is a disc-shaped record medium arranged capable of rotation and formed with the first hole. The hole opens a part of the disc-shaped record medium. The internal rotor is installed with the possibility of rotation inside the cartridge jacket and includes a section of the main surface formed with the second hole, which complies with the first hole. The gate elements move between the closed position, in which the first hole is closed, and the open position, in which the first hole is opened, in compliance with the inner rotor rotation. The buffer device is formed on the section of the main surface of the inner rotor, and includes rotary pins, which retain gate elements with the possibility of rotation, and elastic sections of fixation, which, accordingly, support the rotary pins and may be elastically deformed relative to the section of the main surface.

EFFECT: increased stability to shocks during falls.
