SUBSTANCE: differential metering converter, comprising two generators of frequency signals with frequency-setting elements, outlets of which are connected with inlets of differential frequency signal generator, which is arranged as serially connected logical element "Exclusive OR" and at least one integrating device, made of an inverting amplifier, a capacitor and a resistor, the first outlet of which is the inlet of the integrating device, and the second outlet of the resistor is connected to the inlet of the inverting amplifier and the first outlet of capacitor, the second outlet of which is connected with the outlet of the inverting amplifier, which is the outlet of the differential metering converter.

EFFECT: improved accuracy by application of a differential frequency signal generator without quantisation error.
