FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital measurement equipment, namely to devices for conversion of capacitance into frequency, and can be used in primary information processing devices of capacitance converters of micromechanical gyroscopes and accelerometers. High-sensitive converter of capacitance into frequency has a measured vessel, a reference capacitor, a reference frequency generator, a pulse counter. Also included are: a rectangular pulse generator, the frequency-setting circuit of which includes the reference capacitor and parallel to it the measured vessel, the second reference capacitor, the second rectangular pulse generator, the frequency-setting circuit of which includes the second reference capacitor, a 2AND-NOT logical element, an EXCLUSIVE OR logical element, a 2OR-NOT logical element, a NOT logical element, the second pulse counter, an asynchronous RS-trigger, the output of which is the output bus of the device, wherein the reference capacitors feature equal capacitances.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase of sensitivity and reduced error of the measured capacitance conversion into frequency.
