FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: sequences can be selected either through planning or through pseudo-random hopping among a set of sequences. In the first case, the serving node B sends information on sequences which remain invariable in time for each cell. In the second case, the serving node B sends information on the initial sequence, from a set of sequences, which can be different for different cells. Information on the initial sequence is sent by the serving node B. The initial sequence used in the data (or control) channel is selected to be the sequence in a set of sequences with the number equal to a shift value relative the first sequence, information of which was sent by the serving node B for the control (or data) channel.

EFFECT: reduced interference and minimisation of dead expenses on transmitting service signals.
