FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for treatment of patients with 3 degree dysplasia and intraepithelial cervical cancer. For this purpose, intravenously introduced is photosensitiser photosense in dose 0.2-0.3 mg/kg. After 24 hours laser illumination with wavelength 670 nm light dose 150-200 J/cm2 with power density 100-200 mW/cm2. Illumination is performed in two stages. First, cervical canal is illuminated along entire length by means of diffuser. After that, distant laser illumination of entire surface of vaginal part of cervix is carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to minimise complications after performed treatment, reduce terms of patients' treatment and rehabilitation, ensure complete preservation of functional adequacy of cervix in women of reproductive age for preservation of pregnancy and further normal physiological delivery.
