FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods of filters production, in particular, to membrane modules. The method includes preparation of powder, forming a stock in the form of at least two units of orderly structure from parallel fibres attached to the base and subsequent sintering. Formation of the units and their sintering are carried out by the method of laser prototyping. The produced units are assembled by staggered placement of one unit fibres between fibres of the other unit, and in order to fix the mutual arrangement of the fibres, the unit bases are combined. When making a membrane ceramic module, the units are formed of polymer powder, for instance, a ceramic slurry based on a ceramic powder is applied on them, and thermal treatment is carried out, during which the polymer is removed, afterwards the ceramic powder is sintered.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce a membrane module that contains hollow fibres with relatively thin porous walls, having high density and orderly structure of arrangement, high ratios of filtration surface to the volume S/V.
