FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to production of boat sectional hulls. Proposed method comprises using female moulds for moulding hull sections. It differs from known methods in that sole reusable female mould is fabricated with sizes and shape corresponding to required sizes and shape of assembled boat. Then, several transverse bulkheads are mounted between female mould transom and its nose section to divide total volume of said mould into several chambers with sizes complying with required sizes of hull sections. Then, several hull sections are moulded from composite material in mould separate, not adjacent, cavities after their surfaces are coated with separating layer. Thereafter, said bulkheads are withdrawn to mould other hull sections from composite material in using lateral walls of already moulded sections after they were coated with separation layer. Now all sections are withdrawn from female mould and separated. Note that composite materials may represent fiber glass reinforced plastic based on polyester resins. Sections may be moulded using composite materials, for example, fiber glass reinforced plastic comprising several layers of binder and bearing layers made from glass fabric and arranged alternating there between.
EFFECT: unified process, higher quality of finished boat.
